Ancient Antics

On Campus - Friday

Activities are STEAM based (science/tech/engineering/
art/math) which means we will slyly expose kids to science hidden in a historical curriculum. But we also have lots of projects that allow kids to explore their inner artist.
Each week we explore ancient earth with its erupting volcanoes and bad boy dinosaurs, learn about Mesopotamian ziggurats dedicated to angry gods, and visit the desert tombs of Egyptians. We topple the temples of Greek gods and goddesses, take on gladiators in the Colosseum and lay siege to the Great Wall of China. After that, we fight off blood-thirsty Aztecs, and go toe to toe with swashbuckling pirates.
