Wishing you a wonderful three-day weekend with family and friends! Please remember there is no school on Monday, September 1st as we celebrate Labor Day. 

We have an important informative event coming up this week that I want to bring to your attention. Wednesday, September 3rd, we will host Back to School Night. This event will begin at 5:30pm and will consist of two sessions: the first session is 5:30 - 6:10, and the second session is 6:15 - 6:55pm.  It’s a great opportunity for you to meet your child’s teachers, learn about the curriculum, and ask questions.

As part of SB 12 passed in the 89th Texas Legislative Session, schools are required to have written parental consent for certain services and activities effective September 1, 2025. Currently, only about half of our students have consent on file. Please be sure to complete the three forms for:

• Health room/nurse access

• School counselor support

• Participation in school clubs

Your timely completion ensures your child has access to all supports and opportunities available at school. Forms can be found HERE.
